Šafáriková 52, Rožňava — in a quiet part of town, yet still central.
It's a few minutes' walk to the historic centre of Rožňava. Along the way you'll pass Miners' Square with its tower, cafés and shops, so you won't need a car for dinner or shopping. The entrance to our car park is above the LIDL store and is signposted — it's free, spacious enough for a coach, and monitored around the clock by CCTV.
Rožňava sits right in the middle of the Slovak Karst, so we're a great base for day trips. Four show caves are within 45 minutes by car, and Betliar Manor just ten minutes. Krásna Hôrka Castle is visible from the road, but it's still being repaired after the fire and closed to the public — it's expected to reopen around 2030. The Andrássy Mausoleum in the village itself is open.

How does check-in work?
Check-in is contactless and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Once your booking is confirmed and paid, we'll email you a unique PIN code for the building entrance and a PIN for the box holding your room key. There's no reception desk, so you can arrive any time, even late in the evening, with no waiting.
Is parking free?
Yes. Right by the building there's a large free car park for about 40 cars and coaches, monitored around the clock by CCTV. EV charging is also available.
How much does a stay cost?
A double room costs 55 € for two people per night (45 € for one person), a room with a balcony or a sofa 58 € (47 € for one person), and the two-room apartment 65 € for two people per night. The local accommodation tax and VAT are already included in the price. For larger groups and companies and longer stays, we can arrange a discount.
Do you serve breakfast?
Yes, breakfast is available at a partner restaurant 200 metres away for 10 € per person. Half board and full board can be arranged on request.
Can I bring a pet?
Yes, with prior arrangement. The pet fee is 10 € per night.
Is the accommodation barrier-free?
