How does check-in work?
Check-in is contactless and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Once your booking is confirmed and paid, we email you a unique PIN code for the building entrance and a PIN for the box that holds your room key. There is no reception desk, so you can arrive whenever you like, even late in the evening, with no waiting.
Is parking free?
Yes. Right by the building there is a large free car park for about 40 cars and for coaches, monitored by CCTV around the clock. Charging for electric vehicles is available as well.
How much does a stay cost?
A double room costs 55 € for two people per night (45 € for one person), a room with a balcony or a sofa 58 € (47 € for one person), and the two-room apartment 65 € for two people per night. The local accommodation tax and VAT are already included in the price. For larger groups and longer stays we can agree a discount.
Do you serve breakfast?
Yes. Breakfast is available at a partner restaurant 200 metres away for 10 € per person. Half board and full board can be arranged on request.
Can I bring a pet?
Yes, by prior arrangement. The charge is 10 € per animal per night.
Is the accommodation barrier-free?
Yes. A lift takes you to every room and we have a barrier-free double room with its own accessible bathroom.
How far are you from the centre of Rožňava?
We are at Šafáriková 52, a few minutes' walk from the historic centre of Rožňava, in a quiet and safe location. It is also an excellent base for trips into the Slovak Karst and the caves nearby.
What are the terms for children?
Children under 3 who do not need their own bed stay free of charge. A cot costs 10 € and an extra bed 15 € per person per night, both subject to availability.
