Contactless Accommodation 24/7
To increase your comfort and safety, we offer contactless/self-service check-in.
Please read the following steps to make your arrival as smooth as possible:
1/ Book your accommodation

2/ Booking confirmation
We will confirm your booking by email/phone as soon as possible, within 24 hours at the latest

3/ Online check-in and payment
We will send you instructions by email for completing the online check-in form and for payment. Contactless accommodation requires 100% prepayment, which must be paid before arrival.

4/ Access to the building
Once payment has been made, you will receive by email instructions, a unique PIN code for entering the building, and a PIN code for the box containing the key to your room. Check-in is available 24/7.

Parking is available directly on the premises of Ubytovanie Kras.
The accommodation is located on the 3rd floor (both stairs and an elevator are available).

7/ Check-out and departure
Check-out is by 10:00 AM (a later check-out may be arranged in advance for a fee). Your PIN code will no longer be active after this time — you will not have access to the building.
When leaving, please drop the room key into the box located in the 3rd floor hallway, labeled: "Room key drop box"

The parking lot entrance is located above the LIDL store, marked with a directional sign
Entrance to the "Ubytovanie KRAS" building from the parking lot.
To enter the building, enter the PIN code that was sent to you (placing your hand near the handle's display will bring up the keypad).
Use the stairs or the elevator. Ubytovanie KRAS is located on the 3rd floor
Take the key from the box in the 3rd floor hallway (use the PIN code you received)
When leaving, drop the key into the "Room key drop box".
