No reception, no waiting for someone to let you in. You'll receive the PIN code for the building and the code for the key box by email before you set off.
How to Get to Your Room
Four steps from your car to your key. The whole route through the building is marked with directional signs, so you won't need to search for anything.
1Park your car
The car park entrance is above the Lidl store and marked with a directional sign. Parking is right on site and free — no need to look for a spot on the street.
2Open the entrance
Hold your hand near the display on the handle — a keypad will appear. Enter the PIN code you received by email, and the door will unlock.
3Go up to the 3rd floor
By lift or by stairs — both are right by the entrance, and directional signs show the way. Ubytovanie KRAS occupies the whole third floor.
4Get your key
In the third-floor hallway there's a row of numbered boxes. Open yours with the second code from the email and take out your room key.

Confirmation within 24 hours
We'll confirm your booking by email or phone, usually much sooner.
Online check-in and payment
We'll send you a form and payment details. Once you've paid, you'll receive both PIN codes.
At Checkout
Check-out is by 10:00 AM. A later departure can be arranged in advance for a fee.
When you leave, drop the key into the box labelled "Key Return Box" — it's in the same third-floor hallway, right next to the key boxes.
After 10 AM your PIN code stops working and you won't be able to get back into the building, so make sure you haven't left anything in the room.

Until what time can I check in?
Any time. That's exactly what contactless accommodation is for — whether you arrive at six in the evening or two in the morning, you'll get in just the same.
What if my PIN code doesn't work?
Call us on +421 950 220 120. The line is available at night too, and we can verify your code or send you a new one.
Where can I park, and how much does it cost?
Parking is right on the accommodation grounds and is free. You'll find the entrance above the Lidl store, marked with a sign.
Do I really have to pay the full amount in advance?
For contactless accommodation, yes — PIN codes are only generated once payment has been made. If you need to pay on site, arrange it with us by phone and we'll check you in the classic way instead.
Is there a lift in the building?
Yes. The accommodation is on the third floor, reachable by both lift and stairs. We also have a wheelchair-accessible room.
How do I find the Wi-Fi password?
You'll find it in the room along with other information about your stay. Wi-Fi is free throughout the accommodation.
Can I arrive earlier or leave later?
It can be arranged in advance. A late check-out after 10:00 AM is subject to a fee, but if the room is free, we can usually work it out.
