Rooms & Prices
Prices are per room and night, and the local accommodation tax is included. We don't charge VAT, as we are not VAT registered. Nothing extra is added on arrival. You'll find a full price list including extra beds and meals on a separate page.

Apartment with Two Rooms

Two separate attic rooms plus a living area with a sofa. Suitable for a family or two couples who want privacy.

Double Room
€55 / 2 people · €45 for one person
Two beds that we can join into a double on request. Private bathroom with a shower, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. Our most frequently chosen room.

Room with a Sofa
€58 / 2 people · €47 for one person
The sofa works as an extra bed, so the room can sleep up to three guests. There's also a dining corner with chairs and a fridge.

Room with a Balcony
€58 / 2 people · €47 for one person
A private balcony facing the street, a nice spot for coffee or to step outside. Otherwise the same amenities as the Double Room. A good choice for a longer stay.

Barrier-Free Room
€55 / 2 people · €45 for one person
A double room with a private barrier-free bathroom — grab rails, a fold-down seat and a step-free shower. A lift reaches every floor, and a barrier-free path leads from the car park to the entrance.

What if we need more rooms for a group?

Are the rooms suitable for children?
Yes. We can add an extra bed to the Room with a Sofa or the Room with a Balcony for €15 a night. The Apartment with Two Rooms is the most comfortable option for families.
Can we bring a pet?
Yes, by arrangement. Please message or call us before booking.
Is breakfast included?
It's not included in the room rate, but we can arrange it for €10 per person at a partner restaurant 200 m away. Just mention it when booking. Half board and full board can also be arranged on request.
Is smoking allowed in the rooms?
No, all rooms are non-smoking.
